Eleanor and Sam’s timeless Broadmoor wedding in Colorado Springs was nothing short of regal. From their sacred ceremony to a night full of laughter and dancing, every moment felt effortlessly elegant. This truly was the kind of Broadmoor wedding that blends tradition, beauty, and unforgettable joy.
A Meaningful Ceremony at Pauline Chapel
Their wedding day began at the beautiful Pauline Chapel, where they celebrated a traditional Catholic mass. One especially unforgettable moment? During the vows, Sam accidentally said, “I, Eleanor…” The entire chapel burst into laughter, including the typically stoic monsignor. It instantly lightened the mood and made the ceremony even more heartfelt.
Portraits with a View at The Broadmoor Wedding
Following the ceremony, we captured portraits on the balcony terrace over the porte-cochère. The views of the mountains were breathtaking. Eleanor and Sam, with their classic style and graceful presence, looked like royalty against the sweeping mountain landscape.
Elegant Outdoor Reception on the Mountain View Terrace
Their cocktail hour and reception took place in the courtyard and Mountain View Terrace. One of the most beautiful surprises came from their planner, Jillian, who unveiled a custom bar and lounge from her new company, Curated Event Rentals. The white rose and baby’s breath floral design brought a fresh, ethereal touch to the decor.
The Broadmoor Lakeside Portraits and a Night of Celebration
Before sunset, we wandered around the lake for more portraits—showcasing the incredible grounds of The Broadmoor. Later, Eleanor changed into a beaded fringe party dress and boots, dancing the night away with unmatched energy and joy, thanks to the incredible live music from SoulX.
