How They Met
Caroline and Patrick first met in 2017 at a restaurant called Nacho Mamas and Patrick’s persistence paid off. After exchanging texts and finally going on a movie date to see Beauty and the Beast, they became inseparable. They bonded quickly over their love for the Baltimore Ravens and their shared sense of adventure.
The Perfect Wedding Day at Arrowhead Golf Club
On a gorgeous fall day, Caroline and Patrick’s Arrowhead Golf Club Wedding, planned by Jillian Marie Events, was as timeless as it was breathtaking. The venue’s red rock formations served as the perfect backdrop for their vows.
The couple chose a timeless white and blue color palette, featuring classic hydrangeas, delphiniums, and roses, with Italian ruscus and seeded eucalyptus. Florals, by Myisha at Newberry Brothers, lined the ceremony aisle, ending in a dramatic ground arch that framed the stunning red rocks—an unforgettable scene for their guests.
Elegant Details and Personal Touches
Caroline stunned in her off-the-shoulder ballgown by Louvienne. The dress, featuring a statement train, perfectly fit her elegant look. Adding personal touches, she wore earrings and a veil that had belonged to her sister. Her bridesmaids, dressed in champagne satin, shimmered beautifully.
Caroline and Patrick also made sure their golden retriever, Shelby, joined the celebration. One of my favorite moments was when Shelby walk down the aisle, bringing the weddings rings to Caroline & Patrick. Another touching moment was the bride’s first look with her father, who was overjoyed to see his daughter dressed up for her wedding day.
The couple’s custom-designed invitation suite by Ivory Isle Designs featured a beautiful watercolor envelope liner and vellum of their venue, Arrowhead Golf Club. As their photographer, I crafted an exquisite flat lay of these details, and wrote their names in delicate gray calligraphy on hand-torn paper.
A Fun and Joyful Arrowhead Golf Club Wedding
The reception was just as lively as the ceremony. Their live band, SoulX, kept guests entertained all night, making sure everyone stayed on the dance floor. The entire day reflected Caroline and Patrick’s love—classic, elegant, and full of joy.
