Jasmine and Christian’s Garden of the Gods Resort wedding was the perfect blend of breathtaking scenery, joyful moments, and unforgettable celebration. Set high above Colorado Springs, Garden of the Gods Resort offers panoramic views of the iconic red rock formations that make this destination one of the most sought-after wedding venues in Colorado.
A Beautiful Garden of the Gods Resort Wedding in Colorado Springs
For Jasmine and Christian, the views were a major reason they chose this venue. As family and friends traveled from across the United States to celebrate with them, the dramatic Colorado landscape created an incredible backdrop for their wedding weekend.

Why Garden of the Gods Resort Is a Dream Colorado Wedding Venue
Incredible Views of Garden of the Gods
One of the biggest draws of a Garden of the Gods Resort wedding is the view. The resort overlooks the famous red rock formations of Garden of the Gods, creating a truly unique setting for wedding ceremonies and receptions.
No matter where you are on the property, Colorado’s natural beauty is front and center. As a result, couples can enjoy mountain-inspired scenery without having to leave the comfort of a luxury resort.

A Perfect Destination Wedding Location
Because Jasmine and Christian hosted a destination wedding, planned by Maggie Boesen, they wanted a venue that would give their guests a memorable Colorado experience. Garden of the Gods Resort delivered exactly that.
Guests traveled from all over the country to celebrate. Meanwhile, the resort’s accommodations, amenities, and stunning surroundings made the weekend feel like a vacation for everyone involved.

Elegant Wedding Details at Garden of the Gods Resort
Jasmine was an absolutely stunning bride. She brought an effortless confidence in front of the camera, which made every portrait feel timeless and elegant.
Her wedding day style evolved beautifully throughout the celebration. She began the day in a classic Jeune bridal gown with detachable sleeves. Later, she removed the sleeves for dinner and sunset portraits, creating a second look without changing dresses. Then, for the dance party, she changed into a glamorous fringe dress by Nadine Merabi that was made for the dance floor.
The floral design by Mae Florals featured a cheerful pastel palette filled with roses, phalaenopsis orchids, alliums, anthuriums, delphinium, snapdragons, and other seasonal blooms. Together, the florals added vibrant color against the venue’s natural red rock backdrop.

A Heartfelt First Look and Golden Hour Portraits
One of the most emotional moments of the day was Jasmine’s first look with her father. The moment was incredibly heartfelt and filled with genuine emotion. There was a quiet sense of joy and anticipation as they saw each other for the first time. It remains one of the most meaningful father-daughter first looks I’ve had the privilege of photographing.

Sunset Portraits with Views of Garden of the Gods
As the evening approached, the weather delivered one final surprise. The clouds that had lingered throughout the day began to clear. Suddenly, warm golden light spilled across the landscape. We stepped out for sunset portraits, and the results were absolutely worth the wait.
With the iconic red rock formations glowing in the background, Jasmine and Christian shared a few quiet moments together before returning to celebrate with their guests.

Their Engagement Portraits
Jasmine and Christian’s wedding day was especially meaningful because I had already spent time with them during their engagement session. Earlier in the year, we met for a snowy mountain session near Denver, capturing a completely different side of their story. If you’d like to see more of their journey, take a look at their Snowy Engagement Session.
