Lake Dillon Fall Engagement
There’s nothing quite like a Lake Dillon fall engagement session. The crisp mountain air, golden trees, and wide-open water create a stunning backdrop. For Molly and Doug, the beauty of Lake Dillon was made even sweeter by the company of their playful yellow lab, Pickles.
Molly and Doug are the kind of couple who can’t help but make each other laugh. They’re fun, lighthearted, and giggly, which made photographing them so enjoyable. Pickles joined right in, racing around the lakeshore and showing off his excitable personality. One of the highlights of the evening was the champagne pop, when Pickles leapt after the spray in pure delight. Moments like that are what make engagement sessions so memorable.
Their Story
Molly and Doug first met while working in the aerospace field, and what began as friendship quickly grew into something more. Their relationship has always been rooted in laughter, adventure, and a shared love for the outdoors. Doug’s proposal at Mt. Falcon was perfectly personal, complete with breathtaking views, a little humor, and plenty of love.
When they’re not hiking or tackling home projects, Molly and Doug enjoy simple moments together like cooking dinner or dancing in the kitchen. They also love exploring Colorado’s festivals and local events, always bringing Pickles along whenever they can.
