Happy October! Gosh, the leaves are a bit slow to turn this year, right? I’m starting this fully booked month with a sweet family of five! We met in Highlands Ranch for Cheese Ranch family photos. It was a gorgeous sunny day yesterday with highs in the 70s, too!
I originally met Ashley and Andy and their three kids last year in a small, middle-of-nowhere town. Located near Sedalia, I found a shady lane with beautiful autumn yellow leaves that created a perfect frame. Check out their portrait session from last year here!
For our 2021 portrait session, we met at a local, not-crowded park for Cheese Ranch family photos. I frequently walk Sonoma through this park and have been scouting picturesque spots for a long time! It was a perfect and easy location for Ashley and Andy’s fam!
Sweet, young Kensie was so cute in her terracotta ruffled shirt and always ready for smiles! Likewise, adorable Charlie looked perfect in his marigold top and we got a few great photos of him, too! Their oldest daughter, Naomi, is a natural in front of the camera, too! Last year I thought she was a junior or senior in high school. However, it’s only this year that she is a freshman! Only three more years till her senior photos! 😀
