The Lange-Howald-Singley Family has the coolest tradition – they take their annual family photos while on vacation! Last year was the beach and this year their destination was….COLORADO for their Mount Falcon Family Photos!
I had the pleasure of getting to know this super fun blended family and meeting them at Mount Falcon, Colorado. We started at the east trailhead in Morrison which has views of the famous Red Rocks, and then transferred to the west trailhead in Indian Hills with lovely mountain views. They loved the idea of dual locations and neither is too far away! The east location area started with a few clouds, then the sun appeared and we got great lighting at the west location.
Katie and Ben met each other in the classic 21st century way – online! They each have 3 kids, totaling 6 for this lively family. The oldest is Tyler who recently graduated high school and plans to major in Education – he has a great smile! Next is Kailey who reminds me of my teenage ballerinas – vivacious and fun! Maddie and Adelyn follow – Maddie plays volleyball and softball, and Adelyn loves arts & crafts and swimming. Then we have Hayden – who was so sweet and chatty with me…he loves being outside. Lastly we have Elise, a total natural in front of the camera!
This on-the-go family loves being outside and active. Their favorite thing to do is to go on their annual family vacation because it’s a full week where they spend uninterrupted time together creating memories. Their favorite vacation spots include Disneyworld and California and they love to find new and exciting adventures! When in the car, the kids enjoy DJ-ing the music; Ben and Katie like to listen to country music. Rounding out the family are two pets, Kinley, a Bernese mountain dog, and Lucy, an orange tabby cat.
