I had a great time meeting lovely graduating senior Katie at the Highlands Ranch Mansion for Highlands Ranch senior photos this past weekend! She was so fun and easy-going and and so easy to photograph, as well! Katie is graduating from Arapahoe High School this upcoming spring 2022. Outside of school, she loves painting and hanging out with her friends, and at school she’s involved in several clubs.
Like many high school seniors, Katie hasn’t quite decided where she wants to attend college yet. However, she is interested in healthcare administration. Katie loves both business and the medical field. She feels that healthcare administration is the best of both worlds!
For most of my sessions, I typically arrive about 20 minutes early to photograph detail shots. These include flowers, architectural details, mountain views, etc. For Katie’s session, I wasn’t able to arrive as early as I like. Since the mansion is only 5 minutes from my house, I drove back the following day to capture a few details. The horses behind the mansion are usually way off in the field, really far away. It was my lucky day! I heard a loud “neeeiiiigh” from the front of the mansion. I quickly ran to the fields. Not only were the horses close, they actually trotted up to me at the fence when I called them. I was so excited to photo and pet them!
If you’re interested in scheduling your Highlands Ranch senior photos, find out more info here. My schedule is almost full, but I do have some availability in December.
