August in Vail is perfection for Vail engagement photos, until the afternoon storms roll in! The day started as a gorgeously sunny day, and fortunately the afternoon showers don’t last too long! I met Stephanie and Anthony near Vail for mountain portraits. Then we continued to El Segundo for direct flash bar photos (love these!). And finally, we finished up with evening photos in Vail Village and more creative flash.
Stephanie and Anthony traveled all the way from Miami with their adorable dog, Archie! Their wedding (the following day) at the Ritz Carlton Bachelor Gulch was planned by Erika Sandoval Events. Their day included a floral palette of pink and white, with accents of dusty blue, and a letterpress invitation suite with a custom monogram and venue sketches, plus hand calligraphy.
